Josephine Haworth; LicAc. MBAcC

Josephine is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)and of the U.K. Branch of the Toyohari Association, (Tokyo, Japan).

She studied Philosophy at University, then worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker and as a Psychotherapist.

After qualifying as an Acupuncturist at the London School of Acupuncture, (now part of the Westminster University) she went to Nanjing, China for work experience in a busy out-patients' department of the City Hospital.

She continued her post-graduate studies with Elisabeth Rochat de la Valee and at the Northern School of Acupuncture, in York. There she studied Dr Manaka's system with Stephen Birch and Junko Ida, and later went to Amsterdam to learn the Toyohari System with Steve and Junko. She still attends regular seminars in both Amsterdam and Tokyo.


Ted Franklin; APNT, BCMA, MAR.

Ted Franklin qualified as a Sports Injuries and Massage Therapist in 2000. He is registered with the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists.

He has continued to study a range of other hands on therapies, gaining level 3 diploma in Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists in 2002. He subsequently attained a level 3 Certificate in Aromatherapy with the V.T.C.T. in 2004. Ted also holds a Reiki level 1 and 2 and a level 3 diploma in Indian Head Massage.

He currently teaches Sports Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage with the Community and Skills Service (CLASS) for the L.B.W.F.


Lorna Mays IHAF, IGPP

Lorna has over ten years experience in Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology.
She is a full member of the International Holistic Aromatherapy Foundation (IHAF) and the International Guild of Professional Practitioners (IGPP).
